Scrplus does everything for you: the first 'General' page of a Plus! style configratuion dialog, MPR, hot-corners, the System Agent, password delays, subclassing property sheets and lots of undocumented internal Windows API. To write a complete saver from scratch would take over 2000 lines of code; to write it with Scrplus will take less than 20.
Extensive documentation is included. Comes with source code for lots of example savers including OpenGL, 8bpp DIBSections, DirectDraw for fast graphics, using sounds and capturing a screen-shot just as the saver starts. If you already use SCRNSAVE.LIB it's easy to convert to Scrplus: just add one line of code!

If you are making commercial or corporate savers, you must purchase a license before distributing them. (This also applies if you are making 'freebie' savers to give away as part of some other commercial endeavour—such as commercial web sites, hardware or advertising). In purchasing a license, you will also get a password to unlock the Scrplus source code. This password works with all versions of Scrplus. If you have any queries, please send an email.
The licence and source code are delivered essentially 'as they are'. The intention is that you evaluate the suitability of Scrplus by downloading the trial version, and that you purchase it only if it meets your needs. We will endeavour to provide email support for Scrplus-related problems, and to fix bugs, but cannot provide general programming assistance and cannot make any guarantees.
If you are a student, hobbyist producer of freeware/shareware, in education, or making a saver for charity, then you may distribute your Scrplus savers without restriction and you do not need to purchase a license. (If you want the password to unlock the source code, email.)
