Marinated zucchini

Buonissimo. Serves 4. 7 steps

900g zucchini	wash, dry, cut into chopsticks		Dust zucchini with flour, then fry in plenty of oil until golden. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to a bowl.	Pour marinade over zucchini. Leave two hours before serving.
