Tom's salad dressing

This salad dressing has a rich strong flavour which means it goes well with tomato-based pasta sauces and plain foods like pierogi.

3 cloves garlic	coarsely chop	mash garlic with other ingredients
salt
olive oil
1/3 lemon's juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
few drops tabasco

Good for salads based on leafy greens.
