Plum and herb wine cocktail

4 steps
1/3 cup sugar
Cook over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves. Cool. Remove rosemary.
Combine. Add 1/4 cup syrup. Chill at least 2 hours. Add more syrup to taste.
1/3 cup water
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 bottle Riesling
1/4 cup gin
1 lemon's juice
4 plums
chopped
