||combine, leave 5–10 minutes or until frothy
||Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place 1 hour or until thick and bubbly
||Grease and heat a heavy-bottomed griddle pan. Pour in a ladle, letting it run around to cover the pan base. After 2–3 minutes the oatcake will be brown and ready to turn over; cook 2–3 minutes on the other side.
