Chilled melon soup

An exceedingly simple and refreshing soup

Sainsbury's magazine. Serves 3. 5 steps

2 orange-flesh melons		Blend
50ml orange juice		Season carefully
30ml lemon juice
pepper		Serve garnished with ham and lots of pepper
parma ham	cut into ribbons

It can turn out thin, perhaps because I tried adding a white-flesh melon.
