freeze according in ice cream machine for 10 minutes, or until mixture starts to turn opaque and icy |
| 150ml water |
| 1/2 lime's zest |
|
mix in |
| 3 limes' juice |
| 190ml semi-skimmed milk |
| 1 egg white |
beat lightly with a fork |

add in while machine is running |
