Lemonade slush

Vita-Mix cookbook. 3 steps

3/4 cup water		Place in vita-mix. Blend on high 30–60 seconds, or until four mounds form. Do not overmix, or the slush will melt.
1 lemon	peel, quarter, remove seeds
1 teaspoon lemon's peel
50g sugar
2 cups ice cubes
