Hoisin sauce

4 tablespoons soy sauce	Combine
2 tablespoons black bean paste
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons sesame oil
20 drops hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Or use peanut butter and molasses rather than black bean paste and honey.
