85g unsweetened chocolate |

melt over gently simmering water until only a few unmelted bits remain; remove from heat and stir until smooth and fully melted |
Line a 20×20cm baking pan with parchment, extending it up two sides. Scrape batter into pan and spread it evenly. Bake in moderate oven 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. |
Leave to cool, cut into squares, then refrigerate. |
