Cucumber, mustard and dill salad

a 450g cucumber	peel, slice ultra-thin		salt and leave to stand, then rinse thoroughly
dressing
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar		mix
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons dill	chopped
