Mulled cranberry sauce

. Serves 8. 4 steps
350g cranberries Place in a pan. Bring to boil; simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard cinnamon and ginger. set aside half the cooked berries Stir together
150g sugar
50ml port
120ml red wine
purée the remaining mixture
1 stick cinnamon
1 thick slice ginger
6 clementines's juice
1 orange juice
zest
50g dried cherries
