1 bottle white wine
300ml water
salt and pepper
thyme
bay leaf
parsley chop
1 teaspoon tomato puree
1kg carrots chop into chunks
cornflour dissolve in water   Thicken
parsley   sprinkle with parsley
Serve with potatoes
