Watermelon sorbet
The taste of this sorbet is surprisingly strong; the colour is a delightul summery pink.

1/4 watermelon
Remove seeds and peel, puree
Mix, sieve. Freeze.
One cup
Dissolve over gentle heat
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons ouzo
You can add little chocolate drops, to give the appearance of seeds
