Spinach sauce
Damon
1 onion chop finely   Cook until soft
40g butter  
1/4 cup wine     Bring to boil, reduce
1/2 bottle passata     Cook several miuntes
1 teaspoon cummin     Cook several minutes
1 lemon's juice  
salt and pepper  
200g spinach wash, trim, chop coarsely   Stir in, cook until just tender
