Seafood timbales
Simple and delicious with Thai cucumber sauce

heat in double boiler
Heat through, pour into well-buttered custard cups. Bake in a pan of hot water in a moderate oven 30 minutes.

1 lb cooked fish

May be baked in tartlet trays, without water
