Lucian's Salad Dressing
Salad dressings are supposed to be 2:1 oil:water based, but I prefer to do them 1:1, and to soften the acidity by using ripe wine and sugar or honey.

1/3 cup olive oil   shake well
1/4 cup ripe wine  
1 tablespoon wine vinegar  
1/2 lemon's juice  
1 drop balsamic vinegar  
2 drops Worcestershire sauce  
1 teaspoon mustard powder  
1 teaspoon paprika  
1/3 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce  
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard  
1/2 tablespoon caster sugar  
1 teaspoon salt  
pepper  
1 clove garlic crushed
It's good to use left-over liquid that nice olives come in. If the liquid is watery, just add it. If it's oily, add it mainly in place of the olive oil.
