10oz plain chocolate melt   fold together   Pour into lined tin, bake in moderate oven 45 minutes or until done. Cool in tin 10 minutes, turn onto rack, cool completely.

5 egg yolks beat until it forms the ribbon
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour sieve   blend in
1 cup walnuts chopped
5 egg whites   beat until soft peaks form   fold in
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 tablespoons sugar   sprinkle on, beat until glossy

6oz plain chocolate Heat until melted, cool. Stir until spreadable.
