1 cup almonds chop mix   Spread into 20cm round baking tin, bake in moderate oven 50 minutes or until cooked through
1 1/2 cups dried fruit
2/3 cup flour sift
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
60g butter melt over low heat
60g dark chocolate
90g sugar
90g honey
icing sugar     Cool completely, turn out of pan, dust with icing sugar
Makes 20cm diameter cake
Leave for a couple of days before eating
