Leek and mushroom quiche

pastry Take pastry case. Spread leek mixture over, then cheese, then egg mixture. Bake in moderate oven 30 minutes or until set.
125g cream cheese   cream Refrigerate 1 hour. Cover 23cm flan tin and trim edges, bake blind in moderately hot oven 7 minutes
125g butter
1 cup flour   stir in, knead lightly and quickly until smooth
2 teaspoons dried basil
filling
60g butter     heat
1 tablespoon oil  
1 clove garlic crushed
3 small leeks slice finely   cook stirring until soft
250g baby mushrooms slice finely   cook until soft
3 eggs whisk together
200g sour cream
1/2 cup cheese grated
