Mango sauce
Suitable for pork, veal, chicken and seafood

1/2 cup fresh mango
chopped
purée
Combine, stir over heat until heated through.
Stir in
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon hazelnuts
chop
punch cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons French mustard
1 tablespoon fresh chives
chop
Makes 1 cup
