1 1/2 lb white fish Poach until just tender. flake fish   Mix Pour fish into casserole dish. Top with potatoes. Grate nutmeg over. Bake in hot over 30 minutes.
1/2 pt milk reserve milk   Blend
4 oz butter   Melt
2oz flour   Cook
1/2 pt milk  
4oz cooked prawns
