Chocolate brownies
Mother's red book
150g dark chocolate
Stir over low heat until melted
Cool 10 minutes
Pour into lines 20x20cm tin. Bake in moderate oven 35 minutes. Cool in tin.
2 tablespoons water
100g butter
1/2 cup sugar
Stir until combined
2 eggs
lightly beaten
Stir chocolate and eggs into flour
2/3 cup self-raising flour
sift
100g dark chocolate
chopped
Stir in
1/2 cup walnuts
chopped
Makes 20x20 cm
