Chocolate almond cake

125g butter     cream Pour into cake tins. Bake in moderate oven 50 minutes or until done.
3/4 cup sugar  
6 egg yolks     beat in
125g chocolate grate   stir in
250g ground almonds  
1/3 cup white breadcrumbs  
1 tablespoon rum  
6 egg whites beat   fold in
