Challah almost like Aunt Leah's

5 teaspoons dry yeast     Dissolve Place dough on a floured board. Cover with a towel and rest 10 minutes. Knead 10 minutes. Put in a greased bowl and let rise until it doubles, about 1 hour. Punch down. Braid to form two loaves and place on baking sheet. Let rise again, roughly 50 minutes. Brush with glaze. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in moderate oven 45 minutes, or until well done.
2 cups potato water  
3/4 cups sugar     Add, stand 5 minutes
2 teaspoons salt     Add
3 eggs beat
7 cups flour     Stir in four cups flour. Add oil, stirring. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough stop sticking and form a ball
1/2 cup oil

few drops water
sesame seeds
