Camembert pastries
425g puff pastry     Roll out, brush with butter, cut into 24 pieces. Serve with dressing and lettuce
50g butter melt
220g camembert cut into 12   Place piece of camembert topped with cranberry on pastry, wrap up with second piece of pastry. Brush with butter. Bake in moderate oven 20 minutes or until puffed.
