4 cups milk     scald   Cook in double boiler until thickens Chill in buttered mould at least 4 hours. Unmould and serve.
1 1/4 cups sugar     mix in, cool
4 tablespoons coffee powder  
4 egg yolks beat   mix in
2 tablespoons gelatine dissolve   stir in, cool
1/4 cup water
2 cups cream softly whip, refrigerate   combine
6 tablespoons sugar
