This is a simple raisin bread, not too sweet, very clever in design.
. 1 medium loaf. 11 steps
1 cup milk warm   whisk together dough 1/4 dough, with a few drops of green colouring Knead each piece of dough, adding extra flour as necessary so they are soft but not sticky. Place each in a bowl, cover with clingfilm, and leave to rise in a warm place 30–60 minutes or until doubled in size. Punch down the red dough to remove the air, then form into a log the length of your bread pan.

Roll out the white dough, wrap it around the red, and seal the seams.

Repeat with green.
Place dough into greased bread pan. Leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Bake in moderate oven for about 35 minutes. Remove from bread pan and leave on wire rack until completely cool.
