Butter fried tofu

The Book of Tofu. Serves 4. 7 steps

5 tablespoons teriyaki sauce		marinate 1 hour, turning once		serve separately for dipping
350g firm tofu	cube		fry 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown
20g butter
