Creamy chicken and potato bake

AWW Chicken Cookbook. 10 steps

1kg potatoes	slice finely	Layer half the potatoes, then onion, then other ingredients, then remaining potatoes	Bake in moderate oven 1 1/2 hours or until browned and potato is tender.
1 onion	slice finely
370g cooked chicken	chop
1/2 cup tasty cheese	grate
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chives	chopped
300ml cream		pour over
1/2 teaspoon paprika		sprinkle over

Serves 4

Also nice with a mushroom filling
