Apple Flammkuchen

. Serves 4. 10 steps
500g flour Mix and knead into a smooth dough.   Divide into 4 portions. Roll each portion into a 35cm by 30cm rectangle. Preheat a baking tray in a very hot oven. Slize dough onto the tray. Bake 8&endash;10 minutes.
100ml water
250ml beer
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
375g sour cream Mix   Top with cream
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 lemon's rind grated
500g apples or pears core, slice thinly   Arrange apples on top, sprinkle with almonds
100g almonds chopped
Roll the dough out onto a sheet of baking parchment, then slide it off onto the baking tray.
